Heavy duty bolt down design that folds flat when not in use, quickly fold it up when needed. Made of high quality 316 stainless steel, 8" size allows for easy line tie-off at the dock.  Fold down design ensures no stubbed toes when walking on the deck, includes stainless steel mounting hardware.
